Service Description

JetCaller allows you to make international phone calls directly from your web browser to regular phone numbers worldwide. Our service uses Twilio's WebRTC technology and protected routing system to deliver high-quality, secure calls.

Account Registration

To use JetCaller, you need to create an account:

  • Sign up using your email address or Google account
  • No phone number verification or document upload required
  • Your first call is free to help you experience our service
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

  • Pay What You Want: Purchase any amount of credits that suits your needs
  • Credits Never Expire: Your purchased credits remain in your account indefinitely until you use them
  • No Subscriptions: No monthly fees or recurring charges—pay only for the credits you purchase
  • Transparent Pricing: Call rates are displayed before you make each call
  • Secure Payments: All payments are processed securely through our payment provider

Refund Policy

Since credits never expire, refunds are generally not provided. However, if you experience technical issues with our service that prevent you from making calls, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use JetCaller only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service for harassment, fraud, or illegal activities
  • Make threatening, abusive, or harassing calls
  • Attempt to manipulate or abuse our systems
  • Use automated systems to make calls without authorization
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our service depends on third-party providers (including Twilio and internet service providers), and occasional interruptions may occur. We will do our best to minimize any disruptions.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may also terminate or suspend your account if:

Limitation of Liability

Call To JetCaller is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount of credits you have purchased in the past 12 months.
